We can live by connecting each other.
これまで、ギフトやウエディング装飾、記念日の撮影装飾や雑誌撮影、スタイリング、
ショップや個展の装飾などを通じて、「みたことがない花の装飾/花の世界」を目指していました。
最近は「人」「コミュニティデザイン」「お金以外の対価（技の交換やサポートの提供）」
をキーワードに、花はあくまでツールとして用いる活動をしています。
I have been aiming for “the world with flower that no one has seen” through my creation of gifts, wedding & shop decors, photoshoots stylings, etc.
And recently, I am using the flowers as a tool for my work, the keywords are “People” “Community design” “Value to be paid other than money”.
出産と育児を経て、随分と価値観が変わりました。この子たちには、自ら価値を作り出せる人になって欲しい。
知恵や思考力、モチベーションを維持し感情に振り回されない冷静さ、行動力、精神的な成熟、そして人と繋がること、助け合える仲間を見つけること。場所に縛られず自由に生きていくためにどんな方法があるか、模索しています。
Becoming a mother of 2 kids was mind-broadening experience. I want my kids to acquire the ability to create their own value. Acquiring wisdom and nurture the ability to think independently, cool mind that keeps motivation not swayed by temporary feelings, take actions, spiritual maturity, and connection with people, finding companions to help each other. I am spending experimental days to find the way to live freely without being bound by places.

資材と交通費などの実費は必ずかかってしまいますが、人件費の部分はお金以外の対価でのお支払い大歓迎です。
野菜がもらえるとか、場所を貸してもらえるとか、イベントに招待してくれるとか、
代わりに何か教えてもらえるとか（料理でもいいし、何かの作り方や情報や、人の紹介でも！）、私の永久サポーターになってもらえるとか（ヘルプ！に反応してくれる）・・・・そうして「お金をもらってハイ終わり」じゃない関係を作りたい。
Although actual expenses such as flowers and transportation expenses will certainly take place, but for the portion of labor costs, it can be paid other than money. You can pay with the veggies you grew, lend me a place for free, invite me to an event, teach me something instead (such as cooking, how-to of something, valuable information, or even connect me with someone very interesting! ), you can support me in any way so we can be connected as more than "I got money and it ends".

梅田 佳苗 (Kanae UMEDA) フラワースタイリスト・草月流師範
早稲田大学法学部卒、丸紅株式会社入社。
退職し、2011年フラワーユニット・ネノウワサ（現ねのうわさ）として櫻田博嵩と共に活動。
ギフト、アウトドアウエディング等のイベント装飾、ワークショップやPARCOでの期間限定ショップ等を手掛ける。
結婚を機に香港へ、現地では『Daydream Nation』や『Little Thing Magazine』『JET』『WHAT』の撮影協力など、
撮影装飾をメインに多岐にわたって活動。一児の母となり帰国し、2016年 knot end flowerを立ち上げる。
2017年第二子を出産後、現在精力的に活動中。
Kanae UMEDA (Flower Stylist, Master of Ikebana)
Graduated Waseda university, (majored in Law), worked at Marubeni corporation.
In 2011, her flower career started as flower unit "Nenouwasa" with Hirotaka SAKURADA.
Their Gift, decoration of outdoor weddings, workshop, limited shop at PARCO Shibuya called a reputation.
She moved to Hong Kong and have worked together with the local fashion brand "Daydream Nation", and magazines such as "Little Thing Magazine", "JET" "WHAT". Becoming a mother of a child, she moved back to Japan and in 2016, knot end flower was launched. Now she became a mother of 2 and actively making flower works.
